TANOS.online is operated by the controller available at info@tanos.online. You can use the same address for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests and reports of harmful content.

Data we process

• Account data: email address, language, app settings, enabled modules and terms acceptance information.
• User-generated content: projects, tasks, notebooks, notes, comments, attachments, change history and sharing settings for invited users.
• Technical data: sessions, CSRF tokens, push subscriptions, Android device identifier, FCM token, Android widget token and information required to deliver notifications.
• Security and operational logs: IP address, user-agent, time of login, registration and password reset events, plus basic aggregated traffic statistics.

How we use data

• To create and protect your account.
• To store, synchronize and display your content.
• To share projects and notebooks with users you invite or whose invitation you accept.
• To send email invitations, password reset messages and push notifications.
• To prevent abuse, fix bugs, support users and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of data

User-generated content is not public unless a user explicitly shares it with another signed-in user. The content of a shared project or notebook is visible to users who were granted access.

Blocking, reporting and moderation

The app allows users to leave sharing, block users and report users or harmful content. Blocking prevents further direct sharing between the affected accounts. Reports are used to assess service safety and may lead to restricting or removing content.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for the lifetime of the account or as long as necessary for operation, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. User content may be moved to the recycle bin and permanently removed after the retention period. You can request account or data deletion at info@tanos.online.

Security

We use access permissions, session protection, CSRF protection and other technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No online storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
